Pickleball

LFCC is committed to growing this fun sport for our membership to enjoy. We have permanent lines down on two tennis courts for you to play on anytime the courts are open, and we have paddles and balls available to rent out as well (there is no charge for use during events).

How To Play Pickleball Clinics:

Come out and learn America’s fastest growing recreational sport! We will teach you the basics of the strokes and strategy as well as how to keep score. Thursdays: May 16th and 30th from Noon-1 pm, and May 23rd and June 6th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Cost is $14/class. Email Gordon and sign-up in advance please.

Tuesday Evening Pickleball Drill and Plays:

For intermediate players. 45 minutes of fun and educational pickleball drills followed by 30 minutes of doubles play. Please sign-up in advance on a weekly basis. Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:15 p.m., Cost: $16 Begins May 14th

Wednesday Night Drop-In Pickleball:

All levels (Age 18 and older) 6:00 p.m. This is a great way to get some fun exercise while socializing with your fellow members. A $10 ball fee covers your participation for the whole summer. Begins May 15th.

Paddle and Ball Rental for Casual Play:

$3 per person per day. No charge for use during events. Available at the tennis hut.

Private Lessons:

Gordon is available for Tennis and Pickleball lessons every day but Saturdays, Mid-May through mid-October.

Fees are $65/hour, $38/half hour. Lessons are also available with our assistant pros in June and July, for $40/hour, $25/half-hour.

Court Reservations:

We now have a chart of when courts are open for general Tennis and Pickleball play.

You will be able to email Gordon to reserve a court up to 7 days in advance. You can also just walk on and play when the courts are free without having to make a reservation, but that will not give you priority over someone who has reserved the court already.
